We commit to preach the Word of God and sound doctrine.

Timothy 4:1-2

I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: “preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.”

We commit to cultivate heartfelt treasuring of the Triune God through His Word

John 6:35

Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.”

We commit to pray with urgent passion for the impossible

5 reasons why prayer is a non-negotiable conviction:
  1. We pray because on our own we are spiritual cripples and beggars of grace.
  2. We pray because God has called us to labor for that which is His alone to give – and because even the most basic goals of the Christian faith are unquestionably beyond our reach.
  3. We pray because life is war.
  4. We pray because God is sovereign. The sovereignty of God does not make our prayers meaningless, rather it is the guarantee that our prayers for the impossible are not in vain
  5. We pray because all we want is for Christ to put His unrivaled supremacy on display for everyone to see.

We commit to equip the saints for the work of ministry

Ephesians 4:11-13

“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ…”.

We commit to speak the truth to one another in love.

Colossians 3:16

“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ…“.

We commit to love one another with radical affection.

John 13:34-35

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another”.

We commit to proclaim the Gospel, both locally and abroad.

Mark 16:15-16

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned”.
